The Job: Do you have a passion for top-notch customer service and the gift of sales? If so, this might be the role for you! As the Membership Sales and Corporate Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the productivity of the membership sales team. You will also be responsible for developing leads and enrolling new members to ensure the team and individual goals are achieved. You will build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to retain members, while building a strong referral base. You will need to be responsive to both current and prospective members maintaining the OFJCC’s highest standards of customer service while being knowledgeable of and participating in all the Center’s services, programs, and products.

The Core Duties:*

• Hire, train, and create a high performing sales team, whose focus is on exceeding monthly sales targets
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Actively develop leads for the sales team for membership enrollment
• Respond to telephone and e-mail membership inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments for prospective members to tour the club
• Track and report daily membership sales and lead metrics
• Develop relationships and encourage member referrals

The Essentials:*

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly & personable
• Passion for health & wellness
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
• Self-starter, highly motivated, organized, with good time management and great follow-up skills
• Experience with personal training and different styles of group exercise classes
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to inspire and motivate others
• Genuine interest in listening & helping other people achieve their health and wellness goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
